
Recently, I made pasta sauce … and it turned out to be good too… it took just 15 min …I named it as Crumble Tofu Tasty pasta… ;)... Thought I would let every one enjoy the recipe…
Stuffs needed…
2 Tea spoon of Olive oil, hand full of Basil Leafs, Frozen Mix Vegi (if u r comfortable, you can go with fresh vegi’s too…) mini chopped bell peppers… u can have all colors of them like green, yellow, red mixed together… Chopped red onions, 1 can of diced tomatoes, green chilies, salt, pepper, some spices( I used Indian spices like Garam masala) , nice Cal white Wine (if u have it) , big slice of Tofu (the amount is your wish), Half Lime, and finally the rotini or the spaghetti style pasta.
First boil pasta in hot water….
Chop couple of basil leaf, green chilies and fry it with the red onions and olive oil… till the onion turn into golden sizzle color. Now put the peppers fry again. Now Crumble the tofu and fry it along with the onions and peppers. Now squeeze the half lime and pour some water… (you can use your wine instead of water if you like them)…when this boiling and trying to absorb all the liquid… pour the diced tomato can in the pan… mix them nicely… now add your spices and salt to it… (You can also add chili power if you like it to be spicy). Let it cook for some time…
